Ricardo Stabile is a Partner at Seneca and an executive with more than 30 years of experience across operations, finance, and regulatory matters. He spent approximately 20 years at Goldman Sachs, where he served as Managing Director responsible for Operations in Latin America, overseeing activities in Brazil and Mexico. Throughout his career, he has held statutory positions and served on strategic and regulatory committees, including Audit, Capital, and Risk. He led multidisciplinary teams responsible for Treasury, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Custody, Middle Office, Onboarding, and Regulatory Reporting. Ricardo also held positions at Banco Cargill, Banco Standard, and J.P. Morgan. He holds an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and a degree in International Trade from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, as well as certifications in corporate governance and financial markets
