Norberto Giangrande, Partner at Seneca, is an entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the Brazilian financial sector, having played a key role in the creation and development of some of the country’s leading digital investment platforms. He co-founded Link Investimentos, which was acquired by UBS in 2010, participated in the founding of Rico Investimentos, acquired by XP in 2016, and served as Chairman of Easynvest, which was subsequently acquired by Nubank in 2020. He also serves as an investor and strategic partner of Banco Neon. Norberto holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from ESALQ/USP, an MBA from Ibmec, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard and Columbia Business School.
