Luciana Cezar Coelho is a founding partner of STS GAEA CAPITAL, an asset management and financial advisory firm. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Raízen S.A., Energisa S.A., VESTE S.A. ESTILO, LPS Brasil S.A. (Lopes). Luciana has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, debt issuance, equity issuance, debt renegotiation, and private equity investments. Before founding STS GAEA in 2013, Luciana was a founding partner of STK CAPITAL, an asset manager focused on equities, and VirtusBr Partners, a financial advisory firm. Previously, she was responsible for the commercial area of the industrial segment at Banco Santander, head of the Industrials and Conglomerates Advisory Group at Banco ABN Amro, as well as having worked for many years in the M&A group at Merril Lynch in SP and NY and at Lehman Brothers in NY. She holds a BA in Economics from UFRJ, a Master's in Economics from PUC-RJ, and a Master's and Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University. Luciana is currently a member of the Harvard University Global Advisory Council.
