Denise Pavarina is Vice Chair of Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) – Financial Stability Board, a member of the board of directors of Bradesco and Solvi Participações, and a member of the Ethics Council of Anbima and the Conselho de Supervisão do Analista de Valores Mobiliários - CSA. Previously, Denise was director of Companies at BNDES, executive director and investor relations director at Banco Bradesco, managing director at BRAM, and head of Banco Bradesco BBI. With over 30 years of experience in financial and capital markets, she served as the president of Anbima for 4 years and as a member of various boards of directors, including Vale, B3, Br Advisory Partners, Hospital Care Caledonia, Crescera Capital Acquisition Corp., Cielo, Arcelor Brasil, São Paulo Alpargatas, and Latasa. Denise holds a degree in economics from FAAP, a degree in law from UNIP, and a specialization in Finance from Insper and IESE – AMP.
