Charles is a partner at Seneca, with extensive experience in investment banking advisory, investments, and business development. He established the first China Desk in Brazil and Latin America, focused on cross-border advisory services, and advised on the largest cross-border acquisition by a Chinese company in Brazil to date.

Over the course of his career, Charles has served as Chief Investment Officer for a private Chinese family office and as Latin America Regional Managing Director for an AI and technology company. He also founded and sold a manufacturing business in China, and has served as a senior advisor to ICBC Brazil and Foxconn Brazil. Earlier in his career, Charles held positions at Standard Bank, Lehman Brothers, and UBS, among other firms.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, a Master's degree in Analytics from Georgia Tech, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a CFA charterholder.
