Luis Miraglia is a Partner at Seneca. Previously, he was Head of Fixed Income LatAm at Morgan Stanley, which he joined in 2004 and stayed with for over 15 years, being responsible for the LatAm fixed income group and the LatAm sales and structuring desk for fixed income markets. Luis also worked at Citigroup, where he was responsible for LatAm credit derivatives structured operations and the structuring desk for the fixed income markets in Brazil. He has also worked at Banco Fibra and Banco Operador, as well as being a founding partner of Ventoo and Sosu Ativos Judiciais. Luis has a degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP)
